Bought givi top case; Well packed; arrived on time, track&trace, discount code....what's not to like?

The inner sleeves of the LP are damaged. I have pictures of it. It was probably thrown. Find a good parcel service!

The website is clear, easy ordering and correct delivery. Correct, helpfull en friendly service from the customer service department, when unfortunately the product appeared to have a defect. It was resolved correctly. Thank you very much for that.

Had to wait a very long time before the product was shipped. I also received messages that the delivery was delayed. The order date was 08 04 and it was delivered on 19 04. And that for a package that could easily be sent by registered mail.

the packaging was so well sealed it took me 15 mins just to unwrap it!
