The item had QC issues, so I had to return it. The interaction with customer service was the best part of an otherwise stressful situation. The response time was instant and all CS specialists were friendly and helpful, which made the process smooth. Because of that, I have no complaints even though the item was faulty. After checking other online shops, I found that QC issues were common across other items from the same manufacturer, so this was not Muziker's fault.

Goede kwaliteit, goede prijs, snelle levering

The bassguitar that I purchased has some small issues which could have been prevented before shipping. Not that I am not happy with the instrument but it’s a bit irritating that I have to go to a luthier to fix the issues before having fun.

Prices are good but the delivery is quite expensive.

Mi-Mars2026, super synthé Berhringer PolyD, dispo en stock et neuf: reçu conforme et en bon état (dans un Point Relais via DPD, pour être sùr d'être livré sans embrouilles !) à J+4. Alors, c'est sûr que le prix (port compris) était env 30% plus cher que le neuf affiché ailleurs mais introuvable (plusieurs mois de délai), mais bon... quand on aime on ne compte pas !
