The goods where received however it took longer than expected and indicated. (The goods where blocked at your local distributor) Goods are good however the Color of the grey one ( indicated as silver) was different than expected.

The product was supposed to be delivered in 4-6 days (from Slovakia to The Netherlands). However, after a couple of days it arrived in Germany at a transit station and it remained there for 4-5 days. I decided to ask muziker for help and they responded within minutes. They said they would contact the shipping company and keep me updated. Because I didn't hear anything for 2 days I contacted muziker again and everything was sorted out very fast. The product was delivered the same day and the parcel was in perfect condition. Good job by the Muziker team. The shipping company (Geis) has room for improvement. The first is faster shipping between transit stations (postal companies can do it faster because for them it is mandatory to ship international mail to the next station within 24-48 hours, depending on the priority of the mail). The second improvement can be achieved by updating the track and trace better and on time. For example: according to the track and trace my parcel was at 9:30 still in Nürnberg, Germany, and 2 hours later it was already delivered at my place in the western part of The Netherlands. Again: good job by the Muziker team and thanks for the help.

I ordered a Gretsch guitar, it was delivered well and on time. The guitar was very well packed, had no damage and was in very good shape. I am very content.
